Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by TOLENTINO CARLOTTA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a business address at 241 S Kenwood St, Casper, WY 82601 ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By requesting a quote, approving a scope of work, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide executive assistant and business consulting services to small businesses in the United States, including:
- Executive Assistant Support — calendar coordination, email organization, meeting minutes, vendor follow-up, appointment coordination, and document filing, billed at $75 per hour.
- Business Consulting — process mapping, standard operating procedures, reporting structure, operational checklists, and simple workflow recommendations, billed at $95 per hour.
- Document Organization — a one-time project to organize business files, invoices, vendor lists, and key documents into a clean folder structure, billed at a one-time fee of $300.
Our services are administrative and consulting in nature. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
3. Quotes and Scope of Work
Every engagement begins with a written quote describing the services to be performed, the applicable hourly rate or one-time project fee, and the expected timeline. Work begins only after you approve the quote. Changes to an approved scope will be confirmed in writing before additional work is performed.
4. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
- Services are billed as one-time project fees or hourly fees. We do not offer memberships or subscriptions, and we do not bill on a recurring basis.
- Hourly work is billed for time actually worked, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
- Invoices are issued after work is completed or at agreed project milestones and are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule services in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the materials and systems reasonably needed to perform the services, and prompt responses to reasonable requests. You are responsible for decisions made based on administrative or consulting deliverables we provide.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to perform the services. We do not sell or disclose your confidential information to third parties except as needed to deliver the services, as required by law, or with your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Deliverables we create specifically for you (such as organized folder structures, checklists, and procedures documents) are yours to use within your business once paid in full. Our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain our property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent "Last updated" date applies to new engagements.
